Helen Levine leads the St. Petersburg office of Corcoran Partners. A Florida native, Helen has thirty years’ experience in regional, state and local governments serving in leadership roles at the City of St. Petersburg, the Hillsborough Board of County Commissioners and the University of South Florida St. Petersburg campus. Helen served on Hillsborough County leadership teams to recruit and retain professional sports franchises to Tampa, including the Tampa Bay Bucs, the Tampa Bay Lightning and Yankees spring training. She also led the County’s legislative efforts to secure funding for the award-winning Hillsborough HealthCare plan which provides health care services to the needy.
Helen served in various leadership roles in the City of St. Petersburg, the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg, and Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners. Volunteer engagements include the Florida Holocaust Museum, the St. Petersburg Downtown Partnership, and the FSU College of Social Work Advisory Board.
Helen is three time graduate of Florida State University.
