
Susan Crooks

Susan Crooks brings over 20 years of professional experience across the sports marketing, education and non-profit sectors. She began her career at Talent Sports International (TSI) in Dallas, TX, supporting sports agents in managing professional athletes’ endorsements, finances and appearances. Following her time with TSI, Susan joined the newly established Dallas International Sports Commission (DISC), where she helped lead the City of Dallas’ bid efforts to host amateur, collegiate and professional sporting events including the Goodwill Games and the U.S. Figure Skating Championships. She later supported the City of Chicago in launching a similar initiative.
Susan later pivoted to multiple roles in education. She earned a Certificate in College Counseling from UCLA and worked as a college counselor in a DC area high school. Susan also worked in admission at George Washington University and later advised students privately as an independent college advisor.
Most recently, Susan has worked with the International Justice Mission (IJM), a global anti-trafficking organization. While there, she oversaw the IJM/NFL Players Association Externship program, helped manage internal and external relationships surrounding the IJM/Top Golf relationship and helped secure IJM’s partnership with Super Bowl LIV in Tampa, FL.
Susan graduated from St. Leo University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In her free time, she enjoys tennis, golf, hiking with her husband and spending time with their three adult children.
